When Søren Leth-Nissen founded NDUNA in 2003 he could see, that all through his career he had advised Danish Chiefs or “Chiefs” in Zambia, at Bang & Olufsen, System B8, Columbus IT, TDC Business, Plougmann & Vingtoft and several others. Therefore the company name NDUNA – the chiefs’ closest advisor – was almost inevitable, when the company had to be named one late December evening in 2002.
Major results have been achieved through facilitating change processes and coaching of executives. He has traveled extensively around the world and has worked in Scandinavia, Europe, Africa as well as South America.

His passion is to ignite positive change for companies as well as individuals.
Trained as an Ethnographer and Social Anthropologist as well as Leadership Communicator, he has a keen understanding of organization, structures and (sub)cultures. He is able to limit or remove any constraints in change processes.
He is a strategic thinker. And he gets things done! He builds international Superteams that works. He works with personal development and leadership as effective tools to increase the powers of a company.
